Abstract

Since the beginning of the nineties, the novelist scene in Algeria has clashed with a number of political, economic and social events that, in turn, monitored the overall conditions prevailing in the contemporary history of Algeria, and considering literature a reflection of the state of society and an expression of the lives of its members, it was necessary for Algerian writers to monitor the most important issues that resulted from the Algerian crisis, which was launched It is the black decade, including Muhammad Sari, Bashir Mufti, Yasmina Khadra, Ahlam Mosteghanemi and others. This study will attempt to represent the presence of the black decade and its impact on Algerian society at the time by reviewing some novel models.
