Abstract

Undoubtedly, translation today has become a more significant field of linguistics; it plays a vital role in shaping the meanings of people’s phrasings, shaping them into old or new thoughts, bridging between different views of multinationals’ opinions, beliefs and judgements. This field has become universal science as all human beings settle their issues if they cross genetic languages through ‘translation.’ As for now, it indeed comes to interdisciplinary science. It is not a more straightforward job to translate one word from one language into another language, etc. It is dignity for a translator if he gets success in transferring one meaning from one language into another language with all accuracy because he does not play a particular job, but he plays socially, psychologically, culturally, and semantic-based social role of the two nations; the one who speak source language and the second one who speak the target language. While translating, the translator faces difficulties in both languages he selects to translate from and into. These difficulties come out through words, phrases and meanings. Each word has unlike taste, a different psychological mind, unmatched colour, different culture, and inconsistent use. All these things occur one after another while translating. This research elaborates on this through a selection of examples from the target language (Urdu) and an illustration of the issue.
