Abstract

We draw the following conclusion from this tour of the scholars' perspectives on the significance of the issue of duty or lack thereof: Leaving the execution of an order is conceivable based on the evidence that disproves its legality. The research includes other approaches to direct the command in addition to the action formula that is intended to be ordered. We found no effects of the differences between the various schools of thought involved in the disagreement, which was in the meaning of the matter as it appeared on the surface of reality. Instead, the effect was restricted to the disagreements between the owners of the school of thought that the matter is a reality in the obligation. The significance of understanding whether a directive is required or not arises from two factors:The preacher's awareness of how other people react to his directions and directives, as well as the Muslim's desire to know what he is and is not required to do, as well as what is desirable or permissible, are all important considerations. The significance of the matter's indication also arises from the fact that it serves as a guide for all jurists, preachers, and muftis who wish to issue decisions and inform the populace of them.
